SanDisk Extreme PLUS SDHC 32GB — V30 Card with a Published 60 MB/s Write
100 MB/s read60 MB/s writeV30 + U332GB SDHC
The SanDisk Extreme PLUS SDHC 32GB (part number SDSDXWT-032G-GNCIN) is a full-size SD card rated 100 MB/s read and 60 MB/s write, carrying the U3 and V30 video ratings that sustained 4K recording requires. Unlike the everyday Ultra cards, this one publishes a real write speed, which is what actually matters when a camera is buffering a burst or recording video. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a full-size SD card for cameras, camcorders and laptop SD slots — not a microSD, and it will not fit a phone or an action camera. At 32GB it is an SDHC card, so it works in older cameras that cannot read SDXC, but 32GB fills quickly at 4K bitrates. Important on speed: SanDisk advertises the Extreme PLUS family with headline figures of up to 190 MB/s read and 130 MB/s write, and none of those apply at 32GB — the per-capacity figures for this card are 100 read and 60 write. Anyone quoting you a higher number for this part is reading the family maximum.
Best For
✓ 4K video on cameras that require a V30 card
✓ Burst and continuous shooting in RAW
✓ DSLR and mirrorless stills photography
✓ Camcorders and prosumer video
✓ Older cameras limited to SDHC cards
✓ Anyone who needs a guaranteed sustained write floor
Key Features
V30 means a guaranteed 30 MB/s floor
The V30 Video Speed Class certifies a minimum sustained write of 30 MB/s, which is the threshold most cameras require before they will enable 4K recording. U3 certifies the same 30 MB/s floor under the older UHS scheme. This is the specification that separates the Extreme PLUS from the Ultra range, which publishes no video class at all.
A published write speed, not just a read speed
SanDisk states 60 MB/s sequential write for this capacity. Most consumer cards publish only a read figure, which tells you nothing about whether the camera will stall mid-burst. Note that 60 MB/s is the 32GB figure — larger capacities in this family write faster.
100 MB/s read is the UHS-I ceiling
UHS-I tops out around 104 MB/s, so this card is already at the practical limit of the bus. Any standard UHS-I reader empties it at full speed; a more expensive reader buys nothing here.
Rated for rough conditions
SanDisk specifies the card as waterproof, shockproof, temperature proof and X-ray proof, with an operating range of -25°C to 85°C. RescuePRO Deluxe data recovery software is offered with the card as a download.

Singular Expert Insight
The reason to buy this card over an Ultra is the V30 rating, not the read speed — both cards read at 100 MB/s, and both are already at the UHS-I ceiling. What you are paying for is the guaranteed 30 MB/s write floor that lets a camera enable 4K and survive a long burst without stalling. At 32GB, though, be clear-eyed about capacity: it is a stills photographer’s card or a spare, not a day of 4K. If you shoot video seriously, the 64GB and 128GB cards in our SD card range are both faster and larger, and the jump from 60 to 80 or 90 MB/s write is real. Finally, do not spend money on a premium reader to go with it — at 100 MB/s any standard UHS-I unit from our card reader range will already empty this card at full speed.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
Your camera requires a V30 or U3 card for 4K or high-speed burst shooting, and you want a card that publishes its write speed rather than hiding it.
Skip it if
You shoot only stills or Full HD on a modest camera. The cheaper SanDisk Ultra reads just as fast and the V30 guarantee will go unused.
Also consider
The 64GB or 128GB Extreme and Extreme PLUS cards, which are faster on write as well as larger, or a High Endurance card if the destination is a dash cam.
