SanDisk’s datasheet for this line gives an operating range of 0 °C to 35 °C, which is worth a thought if the drive is going to live in a car here in July. That same shape is its weakness: no keyring loop, no cap, and a body small enough to lose in a drawer, so if the drive is going to be carried rather than left in a machine, one of the swivel or slider drives is the more sensible buy. The other honest limit is workload. Flash drives, this one included, are built to carry files rather than to be worked from; if you plan to edit or run software off it, a small portable SSD handles sustained writing properly and this will not.
