Shuttle XPC slim XH810 — LGA1851 Core Ultra 200S Barebone for 24/7 Use, with 8 GB DDR5
8 GB DDR5 includedLGA1851 · Intel H8103 displays incl. 8K HDMI24/7 · 3 × COM · Dual LAN
The Shuttle XPC slim XH810 bundle (code XH810_ Bundle_8GB) is a 3.5-litre barebone PC with the Intel H810 chipset and LGA1851 socket for Intel Core Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake-S) processors up to 65 W, supplied with 8 GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory. Add a CPU, SSD and operating system and you have a compact, 24/7-rated business or industrial PC.
It targets digital signage, control rooms, POS back offices, automation and edge computing: three independent displays (one HDMI 2.1 up to 8K), 2.5 GbE plus 1 GbE LAN, three COM ports and room for two M.2 SSDs plus 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drives with RAID 0/1.
Before you order: No processor, SSD or operating system included. The CPU must be an LGA1851 Intel Core Ultra 200S with integrated graphics (no F models), 65 W base TDP or less. 12th–14th Gen Core (LGA1700) CPUs do not fit.
What's in the Box
- Shuttle XH810 barebone with pre-installed heat-pipe cooler (2 × 60 mm fans) and thermal compound
- 8 GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory (bundle by the distributor; module brand not published)
- 120 W external fanless power adapter (19 V / 6.32 A) with EU cord
- Metal VESA 75/100 mount and M3/M4 screws
- SATA data and power cables
- CPU socket cap, installation guide and driver DVD
What It Means in Practice
- Three independent screens: HDMI 2.1 (up to 8K 60 Hz), HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4a (4K 60 Hz each). An 8K monitor on HDMI 2.1 disables the second HDMI port.
- Storage: M.2 slot 1 PCIe Gen4 x4 (NVMe or SATA), M.2 slot 2 PCIe Gen4 x2, plus 2 × 2.5" or 1 × 3.5" drives on two SATA ports with RAID 0/1.
- Memory: 8 GB DDR5-5600 in the bundle; 2 SO-DIMM slots allow up to 96 GB.
- Wake-on-LAN after a power failure works reliably on the 2.5G port — use that one for remote wake-up.
What Will Not Work
- No CPU, SSD or OS — it will not boot as delivered.
- Intel F processors give no picture; K-series overclocking is not supported.
- No dedicated graphics card slot.
- No Wi-Fi out of the box: add the optional Shuttle WLN-M1/M12 kit (CNVi, M.2 2230) or the WWN04 4G/5G kit (uses M.2 slot 2).

Frequently Asked Questions
Which CPU should I fit?
An LGA1851 Intel Core Ultra 200S with integrated graphics up to 65 W, for example a Core Ultra 5 225 or Core Ultra 7 265. Avoid F models.
Can I use a 3.5-inch hard disk?
Yes — the bay takes either 2 × 2.5-inch drives or 1 × 3.5-inch drive; SATA and power cables are in the box.
Is it really slim?
Shuttle lists it in its XPC slim family, but it is a 3.5-litre chassis (238 × 200 × 72.5 mm) — larger than the 1.35 L DH610V2.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
The XH810 bundle is the newer, more expandable Shuttle slim: Core Ultra 200S, two Gen4 M.2 slots, a 3.5-inch bay and 24/7 rating for signage and control systems. Start with an NVMe drive from our
internal SSDs range and add a mirrored pair later with RAID 1.
✓ Buy it if you need a compact 24/7 PC with three screens, three COM ports, dual LAN and room for several drives on the current Intel platform.
✕ Skip it if you need the smallest possible box (see DH610V2) or a ready-to-use PC with Windows.
→ Also consider Shuttle DH610V2 bundle (DH610V2_ Bundle_8GB) — 1.35 L LGA1700 slim barebone with 8 GB DDR5.
