This adapter outputs to a European Schuko / French (Type F / E) socket — it is designed for using foreign-plug devices on the continent, not for the UK or Cyprus Type G socket. It is a plug adapter, not a voltage converter, so use it only with devices rated 100–250 V. A single-voltage 110 V-only device would still need a separate converter.

This is the simplest, lightest choice for bringing foreign-plug devices to continental Europe, or for hosting visitors who carry US or UK gear. If you also want to charge phones and tablets without a separate charger, the USB version (with USB-C and USB-A ports) is worth the small extra. Its output is the continental Schuko socket, so it is not for the Type G outlets used in the UK, Ireland or Cyprus; and like all adapters it does not convert voltage, so a 110 V-only appliance still needs a dedicated converter.
