STAEDTLER 175 Coloured Pencils, Metal Case of 36 Assorted Colours, Classic Hexagonal Shape, EN 71 Compliant

The STAEDTLER 175 M36 is a metal case of 36 coloured pencils in assorted colours, in the classic hexagonal shape, for drawing, illustration, colouring and design sketches. The 175 range runs to 72 colours, so the 36-colour tin gives a broad palette that can later be topped up with individual shades.

The pencils are easy to sharpen with standard sharpeners — STAEDTLER recommends its Noris double-hole tub sharpeners 512 002 and 512 128 for ideal results — and conform to the EN 71 toy-safety standard. The metal case protects the leads in a bag and keeps the colours in order on the desk.

• 36 x STAEDTLER 175 coloured pencils, assorted colours, in a metal case

• 36 colours are enough for shading and blending in illustration as well as everyday colouring.
• The hexagonal barrel does not roll off sloping desks and drawing boards.
• The tin keeps pencils protected and sorted between sessions.
• Any standard sharpener works; the Noris 512 002 / 512 128 tub sharpeners collect the shavings.
• EN 71 compliance makes them suitable for children's use too.

• Not watercolour pencils — they are dry coloured pencils.
• Not graphite pencils for technical drawing.
• The 72-colour range is not all in this tin — this set holds 36.
• No sharpener is included.
