The StarTech 4K7012IC-EXTEND-HDMI is a professional 1x2 HDMI distribution kit that extends a single HDMI source to two remote displays over CAT6/6a cabling at distances of up to 70 metres. It supports 4K at 60Hz with 2-channel HDMI audio, while an additional HDMI output on the transmitter can feed a local display at the source location.
Installation — check before buying:
This is not an IP-network HDMI extender. Each receiver must connect directly to the transmitter using its own CAT6/6a cable. The signal cannot pass through Ethernet switches, routers, hubs or other network equipment. CAT6/6a and HDMI cables are not included. The kit includes the transmitter, two receivers, IR accessories, mounting hardware and one universal power adapter.
