StarTech.com Secure Anti-Theft Tablet Stand for 10.2 and 10.5-inch iPad, Lockable Enclosure, VESA, K-Slot, Steel, Black

The StarTech.com SECTBLTPOS2 is a lockable steel enclosure and stand for 10.2 and 10.5-inch tablets such as the 10.2" iPad (7th and 8th gen), the 10.5" iPad Air (3rd gen) and the 10.5" iPad Pro (2nd gen), built for POS counters, self-service kiosks, hotel lobbies and showrooms where a tablet is used by the public.

The tablet is locked inside the enclosure with a key, which prevents removal and blocks access to its ports and buttons, while the 217.5 x 164 mm display opening leaves the screen usable. Two K-slots let you add a cable lock. The included 30° angled bracket mounts on a desk or wall, the enclosure also fits a VESA 100x100 arm or stand, and it rotates 180° between portrait and landscape. An internal path routes the charging cable.

• Secure tablet enclosure
• 30° angled desk/wall bracket
• 2 keys
• Felt tapes, EVA pads and foam blocks for fitting
• 4x M4x10 screws, 3 self-tapping screws, washers, 4 rubber pads
• M2.5 hex key

• Leave an iPad on a counter for orders, check-in or catalogues without someone watching it.
• The lock also blocks the home button and ports, so customers cannot exit your app or unplug the charger.
• Add a cable lock to the K-slot to secure the whole stand to the counter.
• Mount it on a VESA arm or a wall when counter space is limited.

• 10.9" and 11" iPads and other tablets larger than 10.5".
• Tablets in cases: the enclosure is sized for a bare tablet.
• No cable lock is included; the K-slots need a separately purchased lock.
