The StarTech.com DP2DVI2MM6 is a 1.8 m cable with a DisplayPort 1.2 plug and a single-link DVI-D (24+1) plug, used to connect a DisplayPort-equipped PC, laptop or graphics card directly to a DVI monitor at up to 1920 × 1200 or 1080p.

It is a passive, gold-plated cable with a PVC jacket and is covered by a 3-year StarTech.com warranty.

Compatibility note: Passive cable: the video source must provide a DP++ (dual-mode) port. Output is single-link DVI-D with no audio, so it will not drive 2560 × 1600 dual-link DVI monitors.
