The StarTech.com CMHOOK1UN is a 1U vertical cable management D-ring hook, 4.5 × 10 cm (1.8 × 3.9 in), made of black steel, for routing cable bundles up and down the side rails of 2-post and 4-post 19-inch and 10-inch racks.
Horizontal cable managers keep cords tidy across the rack; D-rings do the same job vertically. Mounted on the side of the rail, a column of hooks holds the bundles that run between units, so patch cords do not hang across the front of equipment. The wide front opening lets you lay cables in and lift them out without threading them through, and several hooks can be combined along the rail.
Before you order: Each pack contains one hook and StarTech.com does not list screws or cage nuts in the box. Order one hook per unit you want to use and have mounting hardware ready.
