The StarTech.com CMDUCT2U is a 2U 19-inch horizontal cable management panel with finger duct and a removable cover, mounted on the front rails of a 2- or 4-post rack. It is for network installers who want patch cords routed neatly between switches and patch panels.
The fingers guide cables to the ports and the cover hides the bundle, giving a clean front view of the rack.
Before you order: It mounts on the front of a standard 19-inch EIA-310 rack using the supplied M6 cage nuts and screws.

What It Means in Practice
