The StarTech.com RK419WALLV is a 4U, 19-inch vertical wall-mount rack bracket with a 56.7 kg load rating, built for small offices, shops and comms corners that need to get a switch, patch panel or small appliance off the floor without a full rack cabinet.

It is an open 2-post steel frame that screws to the wall and holds 19-inch equipment in a vertical orientation, so the gear sits close to the wall and takes very little room. The rails are L-shaped with square holes for cage nuts, compliant with EIA/ECA-310-E, and the bracket arrives fully assembled — you only need to fix it to the wall and mount your equipment.
