The StarTech.com CABSCREWSM5 is a 100-pack of M5 x 12 mm rack mounting screws, used to fix servers, switches, patch panels, shelves and other rack-mount equipment into 19-inch or 10-inch racks and cabinets that use M5 threaded (tapped) rails.
The screws are nickel-plated steel in silver with washers pre-installed, so they sit flat against rack ears without scratching them. Enough for 25 devices at four screws each — a practical stock of spare screws for racks with tapped M5 rails or for cabinets where cage nuts are already fitted.
Before you order: This pack contains screws only. On square-hole rails you also need M5 cage nuts — if you do not already have them fitted, order the CABSCREWM5 kit instead.

A screws-only refill: useful when your rails are tapped for M5 or when the cage nuts are already in place. If you are fitting out bare square-hole rails, you need the full CABSCREWM5 kit with cage nuts instead. Screws, cage nuts, shelves and cable managers are all in our rack accessories range.
