StarTech.com Rack Unit Labels 2-Pack, Up to 49U Numbering Strips, Self-Adhesive, Cut to Size, Black

The StarTech.com RKUNITAPE is a pack of two self-adhesive rack unit label strips that number each U position on a rack or cabinet, up to 49U, so you and your technicians can find and document equipment positions at a glance. One strip goes on the front rails and one on the rear, and each can be cut down to suit shorter racks.

Racks without U numbering make remote support harder: "the switch at U24" only helps if U24 is marked. These strips add clear numbering to older or unmarked racks, open frames and wall cabinets, and make rack diagrams and change tickets match what is physically there.

• 2 x rack unit label strips (up to 49U each)
• 1 x instruction manual

• Numbers every rack unit so equipment positions can be recorded and communicated accurately.
• Two strips cover the front and rear of one rack, or the fronts of two racks.
• Cut to size for 12U, 22U, 42U or any height up to 49U.
• Useful when documenting a rack for remote hands or a maintenance contract.

• Will not stick well to dirty, oily or textured surfaces — clean the rails first.
• Does not label ports or cables; it only marks U positions.
• Longer than 49U racks need a second pack.
• Not a replacement for cable management or blanking panels.
