The StarTech.com CABSHELFV1U is a 1U vented cantilever shelf, 254 mm (10 in) deep, that mounts to the front rails of a 19-inch EIA-310 rack and holds up to 20 kg. It suits wall-mount racks and cabinets where you need to place a modem, router, small switch or media device.
It is made of SPCC cold-rolled steel with ventilation openings, and the 1U height keeps rack space to a minimum.
Before you order: This is a front-mount cantilever shelf without rear support. Keep within the 20 kg static load; usable internal width is 17.1 in (434 mm).

What It Means in Practice

- Devices wider than 434 mm will not sit between the side flanges.
