The Targus Pulse II EcoSmart TBS97105GL is a green laptop sleeve for 15- to 16-inch laptops, made from 3.3 mm neoprene with GRS-certified recycled materials — Targus counts two plastic bottles in each sleeve. It measures 37 × 2 × 29 cm on the outside and weighs 190 g, so it adds almost nothing to a backpack or suitcase. In practice it is the protective layer between your laptop and everything else in the bag: it guards against scratches, dust and small knocks, and lets you carry the laptop on its own from desk to meeting room.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a sleeve, not a bag: it has no handle, no shoulder strap and Targus lists no accessory pocket, so chargers and cables travel separately. It fits laptops of 15 to 16 inches; the outside measures 37 × 29 cm, so compare your laptop’s width and depth before ordering — very wide 16-inch gaming laptops may not fit.
