HERMA PREMIUM Labels 70 x 36 mm — 2400 white A4 labels for laser, inkjet and copiers
Art. 445370 x 36 mm · 24/sheet2400 labels · 100 sheetsPermanent · White
The HERMA 4453 is a box of PREMIUM labels in 70 x 36 mm format, supplied as 100 A4 sheets with 24 labels each (2400 labels in total), for offices that print general-purpose labels for addresses, files, shelves, products and shipments on an ordinary laser printer, inkjet printer or copier.
The labels are white matt paper with permanent adhesive, and square corners. HERMA publishes free layout templates for this exact format, so you only need to pick article 4453 in the HERMA Label Assistant or in the Word template list and type or merge your text.
HERMA lists this size for address, CD, bottle, name, file-spine, price, QR-code, security, freezer, shipping and seal labels. Square corners and edge-to-edge layout mean the 24 labels fill the A4 sheet in a 3 x 8 grid.
Before you order: Choose the template by the article number 4453 or by the exact format 70 x 36 mm with 24 labels per sheet. A template for a similar size with a different number of labels per sheet will print across the gaps.
What's in the Box
- 100 A4 sheets (210 x 297 mm), each carrying 24 white labels of 70 x 36 mm
- 2400 labels in total
- No software or printer included — templates are a free download from HERMA
What It Means in Practice
- 24 labels per sheet means one A4 print run gives you 24 labels for addresses, prices, CDs or file spines; the full box covers 2400 items.
- Permanent adhesive means the label is meant to stay — trying to peel it off later will usually tear the paper or leave residue.
- Print a test page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to the light; if the text lines up with the label positions, load the label sheets.
- Use the printer setting for labels or heavy paper and, where your printer has one, the rear or bypass tray for a straighter paper path.
What Will Not Work
- Thermal label printers (Zebra, Brother QL, DYMO and similar) — these are A4 sheets for office laser, inkjet and copier devices, not rolls.
- Re-feeding a partly used sheet through a laser printer is not recommended: exposed backing can lift in the heat of the fuser. Plan your print so you use whole sheets.
- Printing with a template for another format — positions are set for 70 x 36 mm with 24 per sheet only.
Key Features
Guaranteed Not to Jam
HERMA states that TÜV Süd confirms trouble-free printing of PREMIUM labels on laser and inkjet printers, so a full batch is far less likely to stop halfway with a sheet stuck in the fuser or feed rollers.
Fast, Secure Adhesion
The permanent adhesive grips quickly and, according to HERMA, holds even on cool and damp surfaces such as cartons that arrive from a cold warehouse.
Very High Whiteness
A bright white matt surface gives sharp black text, clean barcodes and colour logos without the grey cast of budget label stock.
Protective Edge and Laminate
An extra-strong special laminate and an all-round protective edge keep labels flat and stop adhesive from reaching the printer path.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
The 70 x 36 mm 24-up sheet is the most versatile office label: big enough for a four-line address, small enough to cut costs per label. Browse the rest of our A4 labels if you need a different format or adhesive.
✓ Buy it if you need an all-round label for addresses, shelves, files and products and print in batches of 24.
✕ Skip it if you need rounded-corner address labels or a larger label for parcels — choose 4269 or 4250 instead.
→ Also consider HERMA PREMIUM 4473 (70 x 41 mm, 21 per sheet) for a little more height per label, or 4474 (48.5 x 25.4 mm, 40 per sheet) for small item labels.
