The TP-Link Omada ISM311LS is an industrial SFP transceiver for extending a supported Gigabit Ethernet connection over single-mode fibre. It uses 1310nm optics and a duplex LC/UPC connection for a link of up to 20km, with Digital Diagnostic Monitoring and a wide operating temperature range.

Best For: Industrial network links where compatible SFP hosts need Gigabit connectivity over 9/125µm single-mode fibre.
Before you order: Check the host's SFP compatibility list and use a matching transceiver at the other end. This is a duplex-fibre module, not a single-fibre BiDi unit. The 20km figure is a maximum reach under a suitable optical link budget; fibre and the far-end module are separate requirements.

No. They form the transmit and receive sides of one duplex optical link.

Check the host compatibility list. TP-Link warns that third-party devices may not accept every module.
