The TP-Link UH700 is a powered seven-port USB 3.0 hub for desktops and USB-A laptops: all seven Type-A ports carry data at up to 5 Gbps, and the three ports on the right can also supply up to 1.5 A each (3 A between them) for charging phones while they sync. A 12 V power adapter and a 1 m USB-A-to-Micro-B host cable are in the box, and the hub includes over-current, over-voltage, over-heat and short-circuit protection. Part number UH700 measures 165 × 65.5 × 17.5 mm.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Host connection is USB-A via the included Micro-B cable; USB-C-only laptops need an adapter, not included. The first four ports supply standard 0.9 A; only the three right-hand ports reach 1.5 A. No video, no Ethernet, no charging of the host. TP-Link ships different adapter ratings across hardware versions (the current V5 datasheet lists 12 V / 2 A), so we publish “12 V adapter included”.
