TP-Link VIGI C345 4 mm — 4MP Full-Color bullet Network Camera

4MP 2688×15204 mm · 80° HColour night vision up to 30 mPoE · ONVIF · H.265+

The TP-Link VIGI C345 with the 4 mm lens is a 4MP full-colour bullet network camera for businesses, shops and homes that want a wired, recorder-based CCTV system rather than a cloud gadget. Its 4 mm lens covers about 80° across, and dual-light night vision (infrared plus white LEDs, 30 m each) lets you choose between a black-and-white image or a full-colour picture after dark. A built-in microphone and speaker give two-way talk, and the bullet is sealed to IP67 for outdoor walls. It is powered over the network cable from a PoE switch, records to a VIGI NVR or any ONVIF recorder, and is managed from the free VIGI app or VIGI Security Manager software. Part number VIGI C345(4mm)(UN) is the 4 mm version; the same camera is sold with other lenses, so check the field of view below before you order.

Compatibility — check before buying:
In the box: camera, quick start guide, waterproof cable attachment, mounting screws and accessories. Not in the box: PoE switch or injector, 12 V power adapter, network cable, microSD card, NVR. Power is not included: you need an 802.3af/at PoE switch or injector, or a 12 V DC adapter (5.5 mm plug). Recording can go to a microSD card (microSD up to 512 GB) or to an NVR. It has no Wi-Fi; it needs a network cable to a switch. The “pan/tilt” is a manual bracket, not a motor — you aim the camera once when mounting it. Do not confuse it with the C355: the VIGI C355 uses the identical bullet body but records 5MP (2880×1620); the C345 is the 4MP model. Check the model on the box label. Not sure it fits your setup? Tell us your router, switch or recorder model and we check it for you.

Manufacturer Term TP-Link publishes VIGI camera replacement-warranty terms per region and does not name a Cyprus term for this model: its Nordic VIGI page states 3 years for plastic-chassis cameras and its Greek VIGI page states 2 years; terms vary by region. Singular’s direct warranty is 1 year; beyond that we assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty process for its full duration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a memory card included?
No. The camera has a microSD slot (microSD up to 512 GB), but no card is in the box. For continuous recording use a surveillance-grade card; we stock microSD cards and can suggest a size for the number of days you want to keep.
How do I power it?
Through the network cable from an 802.3af/at PoE switch or injector, or from a 12 V DC adapter. Neither is included. One cable for power and data is the neatest outdoor install; see our PoE switches if you do not have one yet.
Which lens should I choose?
The lens decides how wide and how far the camera sees. This 4 mm version covers 80° horizontally. The 6 mm C345 narrows the view to about 53° and doubles the useful identification distance to 12 m; the 4 mm covers a wider yard or car park at closer range. Once installed, the lens cannot be swapped, so pick by the area you need to watch.
Can the camera talk to visitors?
Yes. It has a built-in microphone and speaker, so from the VIGI app you can listen to the scene and speak through the camera — for example to warn someone at a back entrance. The white LEDs can also be used as a visual deterrent.
Singular Expert Insight
The VIGI C345 sits in TP-Link’s current full-colour VIGI range: the C345 and C355 bullets share one body and differ only in resolution, so the choice is 4MP or 5MP plus the lens. The 4 mm version fits general coverage of an entrance, room or yard. Power it from one of our PoE switches; for on-camera recording add one of our microSD cards. The full range is in our IP cameras section.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if

You want a 4MP full-colour bullet with two-way audio, IP67 sealing and PoE, covering about 80° with the 4 mm lens.

Skip it if

You need a Wi-Fi or battery camera with no cabling, a motorised PTZ, or a wider/narrower view than 80°.

Also consider

VIGI C355 (same body, 5MP); VIGI C445/C455 full-colour turrets for ceilings and eaves.
