The TRENDnet TI-BEP200 is a 2-port industrial outdoor Gigabit PoE extender. It takes one PoE++ feed, adds another 100 m to the cable run, and splits it into two powered outputs: one standard IEEE 802.3at PoE+ port and one passive PoE port at 24 V or 48 V, selected with a DIP switch (48 V by default). The unit itself runs on the incoming PoE, needs no power adapter, and has 4 kV surge protection. It sits in an IP67 housing for −40 to 75 °C, measures 167 × 74 × 44 mm and ships with cable glands and wall-mount screws. In practice it brings two cameras or a camera plus a radio to a pole up to 200 m from the switch.

Compatibility — check before buying:
The output depends on the input. TRENDnet publishes 25 W out from a 30 W PoE+ source, 30 W out from 60 W, and 60 W total across both ports only from a 90 W PoE++ source; the PoE+ port is 30 W maximum in every case. The passive port puts 24 or 48 V on the cable — set the voltage to match your device before connecting. TRENDnet also sells the TI-BE200, which has two PoE++ outputs and no passive port. Not sure?
