TRENDnet TV-NVR1508 — 8-channel H.265 4K PoE network video recorder
8 channels · 8 PoEH.265 / 4KHDMI 4K outHDD up to 12TB
The TRENDnet TV-NVR1508 is an 8-channel H.265 network video recorder with eight built-in PoE ports, supporting IP cameras up to 8MP (4K) — a plug-and-play recording hub for small shops, offices and homes building a camera system of up to eight cameras.
Cameras plug straight into the rear PoE ports and receive power and data over one cable. Live view goes to a monitor over HDMI (up to 4K) or VGA, recordings are stored on one internal 3.5" SATA drive of up to 12TB, and remote viewing works through TRENDnet’s free Sentinel apps for iOS and Android with P2P QR setup.
Before you order: Despite the PoE+ standard listing, TRENDnet specifies a maximum of 7W per port and a 56W total PoE budget. PTZ cameras, cameras with heaters or IR illuminators above 7W will need a separate PoE+ switch or injector.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use non-TRENDnet cameras?
Yes, if they support ONVIF. Tell us the camera model and we will check compatibility.
How long will recordings last on 4TB?
It depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate and motion; H.265 roughly halves storage compared with H.264. Send us your camera plan and we will estimate it.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes, with TRENDnet’s free Sentinel app via P2P QR setup.
