TRENDnet TEG-S24DG 24-Port Gigabit GREENnet Switch
24 × Gigabit Ports48 Gbps CapacityGREENnet up to 70% SavingMetal Desktop
The TRENDnet TEG-S24DG is a 24-port Gigabit unmanaged desktop switch that delivers high-bandwidth, plug-and-play connectivity for busy offices, with GREENnet technology that cuts power consumption by up to 70%. With 24 auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps ports and a 48 Gbps switching fabric, it eliminates network congestion and moves large files and multimedia smoothly.
Identified by part number TEG-S24DG, the switch is housed in a sturdy black metal desktop chassis with a built-in universal power supply and an on/off power button, keeping cabling tidy. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Good to know before you buy
This is an unmanaged switch — it works instantly with no setup, but offers no VLANs, QoS or web management. It does not supply PoE, so IP cameras or access points need their own power. It is a desktop unit (280 mm wide), not a full 19-inch rackmount, and uses a built-in power supply with an on/off button. For full Gigabit speeds, use Cat 5e or Cat 6 cabling.
Best For
✓Offices needing many Gigabit ports without a rack
✓Reducing energy costs with GREENnet power saving
✓Connecting PCs, NAS, servers and printers at full Gigabit
✓Eliminating congestion for file sharing and multimedia
✓Transferring large files with 9K jumbo frame support
✓Plug-and-play deployments where no configuration is wanted
Key Features
24 Gigabit Ports, Wire Speed
Twenty-four 10/100/1000 Mbps Auto-MDIX RJ-45 ports deliver full wire-speed throughput across a 48 Gbps switching fabric with no crossover cables needed.
GREENnet Energy Saving
IEEE 802.3az — GREENnet automatically adjusts power based on link status and cable length, cutting consumption by up to 70% versus standard switches.
Metal Build, Built-in PSU
A sturdy metal desktop housing with an internal universal power supply and on/off button keeps deployment tidy and reliable.
9K Jumbo Frames & 16K MAC
Jumbo frame support up to 9216 bytes plus a 16K MAC table and 3.5 Mbit data buffer keep large transfers fast and efficient on busy networks.

Singular Expert Insight
The TEG-S24DG stands out for offices that want 24 Gigabit ports and lower running costs without a rack or any setup — GREENnet genuinely trims power draw, and the metal chassis feels more durable than plastic desktop switches. Note it is desktop-form (280 mm), so if you specifically need a full 19-inch rackmount unit, choose a rack model instead. For more ports, management or PoE, browse our wider network switches range; to extend Wi-Fi alongside the wired backbone, add an access point. For energy-efficient, fuss-free 24-port expansion, it is a strong pick.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need 24 Gigabit ports on a desk, want lower energy bills via GREENnet, value a sturdy metal build, and prefer zero-configuration plug-and-play.
Skip it if
You need a full 19-inch rackmount switch, PoE for cameras or access points, or managed features such as VLANs and configurable QoS.
Also consider
A 24-port rackmount switch if you have a rack, a managed model for VLANs and traffic control, or a PoE+ switch to power IP cameras and access points.
