The TRENDnet TPE-119GI is a single-port Gigabit PoE++ injector that delivers up to 95 W of IEEE 802.3bt power over all four pairs of an Ethernet cable. It is made for the highest-draw PoE devices — outdoor PTZ cameras with heaters, large displays, multi-radio access points — and it also powers 802.3af (15.4 W) and 802.3at (30 W) devices. The power supply is built in (100–240 V AC), the case is metal and it can be wall mounted. In practice it adds one 95 W PoE port beside any switch, without replacing the switch.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Full 95 W needs an 802.3bt 4-pair device and a 4-pair cable. A 2-pair device receives at most 30 W. TRENDnet rates this model at 95 W; the figure of 90 W sometimes seen in listings is not what TRENDnet publishes. TRENDnet does not publish a colour. Send us the device model and we confirm its PoE class.
