The TRENDnet TPE-319GI is a single-port 10G PoE++ injector that adds up to 90 W of IEEE 802.3bt power to a 10GBASE-T link, so a Wi-Fi 7 access point, high-end PTZ camera or other demanding device gets both power and 10 Gbps from one cable. It is meant for 10G or Multi-Gig networks where the switch has no PoE, or not enough, for one device.
Connect the switch to the data port, the device to the PoE++ port and the injector to the mains; the power supply is integrated in the metal housing.
Before you order: 10 Gbps depends on the cable: TRENDnet publishes 10G up to 100 m on Cat6A, 10G up to 50 m on Cat6, and Gigabit up to 100 m on Cat5e.

What It Means in Practice
- Up to 90 W on one port powers high-end access points, PTZ cameras with heaters and PoE displays that a PoE+ switch cannot.
- Auto-sensing supplies 15.4 W, 30 W or 90 W depending on whether the device is 802.3af, at or bt.
- The full 10G path means the injector never limits a 5G or 10G access point uplink.
- With no device connected it draws at most 0.7 W.
What Will Not Work
- 10G over Cat5e is not supported — Cat5e runs at Gigabit only.
- It powers one device; for several devices a PoE switch is better value.
- Passive (non-standard) PoE devices are not supported.
- It does not extend the 100 m Ethernet distance.

For a single Wi-Fi 7 or 10G-uplink access point this keeps both the speed and the power budget without changing the switch. On older Cat5e runs you will get Gigabit only — at that point the 2.5G version is the cheaper match.
✓ Buy it if you need 90 W and 5G/10G data for one device and have Cat6/Cat6A cabling.
