Tucano Educo — Ultra-Protective Folio for iPad 10th Gen & iPad A16
Protective folioiPad 10th Gen & iPad A16Pen compartmentBlack
The Tucano Educo IPD1022EDU-BK is an ultra-protective folio case for the Apple iPad 10.9" 10th generation (2022) and iPad A16 11" (2025), combining a shock-absorbing TPU edge, a clear polycarbonate back and a front cover that doubles as a stand.
It is built for school and everyday use: the iPad is protected on all sides in the bag, the cover closes magnetically, and an internal compartment holds the pen so it does not get lost.
Before you order: Fits iPad 10th gen 10.9" (2022) and iPad A16 11" (2025). It does not fit iPad 10.2" (7th–9th gen), iPad Air or iPad Pro.
What's in the Box
- 1 × Tucano Educo ultra-protective folio case (IPD1022EDU-BK), black
- No tablet, keyboard or pen included
What It Means in Practice
- The TPU edge absorbs knocks and drops from desk height — the most common damage for iPads used by students.
- The clear back keeps the iPad visible (and shows an asset or name label) while protecting it from scratches.
- The front cover protects the screen in a backpack and folds into a stand for typing, reading or video.
- The magnetic closure keeps the cover shut while carrying.
- The internal pen compartment keeps Apple Pencil or a stylus with the iPad.
What Will Not Work
- It will not fit iPad 10.2", iPad Air or iPad Pro.
- No keyboard or pen is included.
- Tucano does not publish a MIL-STD drop rating for Educo — for certified drop protection see Alunno.
- It is not waterproof.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Educo is a sensible all-round folio for students on iPad 10th gen or A16: edges protected, screen covered, pen kept with the tablet. If your school requires certified drop protection, choose the Alunno instead. See the full tablet accessories range for other cases, stands and styluses.
✓ Buy it if you want a protective folio with stand and pen slot for an iPad 10th gen or iPad A16.
✕ Skip it if you need certified drop protection, a keyboard, or you have a different iPad.
→ Also consider the Tucano Alunno MIL-STD-810 folio for the same iPads.
