UniFi 25G Long-Range DAC (AOC) — SFP28, 20 m
UACC-AOC-SFP28-20M25 / 10 GbpsSFP28 to SFP28 · OM3 · 850 nm3 mm aqua jacket
The Ubiquiti UniFi 25G Long-Range Direct Attach Cable in 20 m (part number UACC-AOC-SFP28-20M) is an active optical cable with integrated SFP28 ends, carrying 25 Gbps over built-in OM3 fiber across distances no copper DAC can span. Plug-and-play like a DAC, thin as a patch cord (3 mm, 30 mm bend radius), it links aggregation switches across rooms and floors. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility note: Fixed SFP28 to SFP28 assembly — runs at 25 Gbps on SFP28 ports and 10 Gbps on SFP+ ports. The fiber is factory-terminated: it cannot be cut, extended or re-terminated. Family lengths: 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 m.
Key Features
25G across the building
Twenty metres of reach connects distribution and aggregation layers between racks, rooms or floors — far past the 3 m limit of passive 25G copper.
DAC simplicity
Integrated SFP28 ends mean no transceivers to buy, pair or clean — plug both ends in and the link negotiates 25G (or 10G on SFP+).
Patch-cord handling
3.0 mm aqua PVC with a 30 mm bend radius routes through trunking and cable combs like ordinary fiber jumper, not stiff copper.

Singular Expert Insight
The 20 m SFP28 AOC is the go-to for linking a server-room aggregation switch to a distribution switch elsewhere on the floor — 25G without the cost of two optics plus trunk fiber. In-rack, the SFP28 DACs stay cheaper. SFP28-equipped hosts are in our network switches range.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
you need a fixed 25G link ~20 m long between SFP28 ports — one plug-and-play assembly, no optics.
Skip it if
the path may change or passes patch panels — discrete SFP28 optics with LC cords are more flexible; or under 3 m where DACs win.
Also consider
the 5/10/30 m AOC lengths, or UACC-DAC-SFP28 copper cables for in-rack runs.
