The UACC-PSU-12V-550W is one replacement AC-to-DC power module for CloudKey Enterprise, Enterprise Aggregation, Enterprise NVR and UNAS Pro 8. It slides into the compatible device’s power-supply bay and delivers up to 550 W at 12 V DC. Its proprietary host connection makes it a device-specific spare rather than a general-purpose PC power supply or external 12 V adapter. A mains power cable and power-cord retention parts are included.

Check the exact host model and installed module part number before ordering. Hot-swappable describes the replaceable module design; continued operation during removal depends on the host’s documented power and redundancy requirements. Follow the installation guide for the host and secure the power cord with the supplied retainer.

What It Means in Practice
- For a supported rack appliance, first confirm the required module and the host’s replacement procedure. Insert the module in its dedicated bay, engage its latch and connect the C14 inlet using the power cable.
- The module converts mains AC into the 12 V DC used inside the compatible host. Its board-edge connection mates with the host; it is not a separate DC socket for arbitrary equipment.
- Keep a matching spare when maintaining a supported installation. The host appliance and any additional power module are separate products.
What Will Not Work
- Do not assume compatibility with every UniFi device or with standard ATX/CRPS power-supply bays. Use the explicitly supported host model and module specification.
- This module has no battery backup and is not a UPS. Removing the only operating supply can interrupt the host.
- The included cable’s regional wall-plug type and length are not specified in the checked manufacturer information; confirm these for the installation.
