The Ubiquiti POE-50-60W is a UniFi PoE++ adapter: a mains injector that delivers 50 V DC at up to 1.2 A (60 W) together with Gigabit Ethernet over one cable, powering all four pairs. Ubiquiti names it for the UA Hub, the G4 PTZ camera and other UniFi PoE++ devices, and for cases where a switch port cannot supply enough power. It runs from 100–240 V AC, reaches 85+% efficiency and has differential and common-mode surge protection. In practice it powers one high-draw UniFi device without replacing the switch.

Compatibility — check before buying:
For UniFi PoE++ devices such as the UA Hub and G4 PTZ. It does not power 24 V passive airMAX radios. Ubiquiti does not describe this model as IEEE 802.3bt, so for non-UniFi 802.3bt devices ask us first. The newer U-PoE++ (48 V, 1.25 A, 60 W) is the current version of the same idea. Not sure?
