The Ubiquiti USL-Relay is a white SuperLink relay I/O module for integrating third-party dry-contact sensors and signalling devices with a UniFi Protect system. It requires a separate SuperLink Gateway and suitable 12–48 V DC supply.

Best For: For installations that need a SuperLink-connected dry-contact interface for third-party sensors or signalling devices, and where a separate Gateway, UniFi Protect system and suitable DC supply are available.
Before you order: A separate SuperLink Gateway, UniFi Protect system and 12–48 V DC supply are required. Check dry-contact compatibility and load voltage/current limits with a qualified installer. The relay switches an externally powered circuit; its DC power input and output load ratings are different.

What It Means in Practice

  • Choose a suitable 12–48 V DC supply for the VDD/GND power terminals; the output load ratings do not describe the device’s DC input.
  • The I1/I2 inputs accept dry contacts only. The O1/COM/O2 terminals switch an external circuit and do not supply voltage to that load.
  • Mounting options are adhesive, wall or DIN rail; check the installation location against the 0–40°C and 10–90% non-condensing operating limits.
  • The stated range is up to 2 km and is conditional on the environment; the EU and US frequency entries are separate regional options.
