The Ubiquiti UACC-Cable-Patch-EL-0.15M-W (EAN 0810084693476) is a 0.15 m 2.5 mm nano-thin patch cable with translucent booted RJ45 connectors, built to showcase Etherlighting: on Etherlighting-enabled UniFi switches such as the USW-Pro-Max series, the illuminated port glows through the translucent boot so you can identify and colour-code connections at a glance. Despite the ultra-thin profile it is rated by Ubiquiti for 10 GbE and PoE+++ power delivery. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Compatibility note: Standard RJ45 — works with any Ethernet device. The Etherlighting glow effect, however, appears only when connected to an Etherlighting-enabled UniFi switch (e.g. USW-Pro-Max); on other equipment it behaves as a normal high-quality patch cable. Indoor use only.

Do I need a special switch for the UACC-Cable-Patch-EL-0.15M-W?
No — it works as a normal patch cable with any RJ45 equipment. The Etherlighting glow effect only appears with Etherlighting-enabled UniFi switches such as the USW-Pro-Max series.
Is it really 10 Gbps capable? The listing elsewhere says 2.5G.
Ubiquiti's official datasheet rates the whole Etherlighting family for 10G data rates at patch lengths, with support up to PoE+++. Some reseller listings understate this at 2.5 GbE.
What is the difference between the EL and the EL-C6A version?
Both glow with Etherlighting and are rated for 10G. The EL is the 2.5 mm nano-thin version; the EL-C6A "Premium" is slightly thicker at 3 mm with a braided jacket and shielded RJ45 connectors for tougher, interference-prone spots.
