The Ubiquiti RPS-AC-100W is the AC version of the UISP 100W Power Supply: a plug-in power module that takes 90–264 V AC mains and delivers 24–26 V DC. Ubiquiti lists it as compatible with the UISP Fiber OLT XGS, the UFiber OLT (UF-OLT) and the EdgeRouter 8 XG (ER-8-XG). It operates from -10 to 45 °C and 5 to 95% humidity, and Ubiquiti marks it NDAA compliant.

Ubiquiti lists this module for the UISP-Fiber-OLT-XGS, UF-OLT and ER-8-XG. Do not assume it fits other devices. Make sure you order the right input: RPS-AC-100W takes AC mains, while the RPS-DC-100W sibling takes 38–54 V DC for telecom racks and battery systems.
