UISP Cable Pro (305m)
CAT5e ShieldedOutdoor UV-Resistant305m Spool
The Ubiquiti UISP Cable Pro is a 305m (1000ft) spool of shielded CAT5e bulk cable purpose-built for outdoor runs, with 24AWG solid copper conductors, aluminum foil shielding with drain wire, and a UV-resistant polyethylene jacket rated to ASTM G151/154. It supports gigabit data rates and stands up to rain, UV exposure and temperature swings for wireless bridge, camera and outdoor AP installations. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility note: this is a shielded (STP) cable — terminate with shielded RJ45 connectors and ground the shield properly at one end to avoid ground-loop issues, especially on outdoor PoE runs.
Best For
✓ Outdoor PoE camera and AP runs
✓ Wireless bridge/dish backhaul cabling
✓ Long buried or aerial cable runs
✓ Sites needing EMI shielding

Singular Expert Insight
Use UISP Cable Pro instead of indoor patch cable whenever a run goes outdoors, even briefly — standard indoor-rated cable degrades quickly under UV and moisture exposure.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if: you are running Ethernet outdoors to a camera, AP, or wireless bridge and need UV-rated shielded cable.
Skip it if: your run is entirely indoors — a standard indoor patch cable is cheaper and sufficient.
Also consider: UACC-Cable-Patch outdoor patch cables for shorter, pre-terminated runs.
