The Ubiquiti UNAS Pro 4 is a silver, diskless 1U rack-mount NAS for network file storage and sharing with UniFi Drive. It combines four SATA drive bays, two M.2 NVMe cache slots and two 10G-only SFP+ ports; drives and cache SSDs are sold separately.

What It Means in Practice
- Fit up to four 2.5- or 3.5-inch SATA HDDs or SSDs in the front bays; the two M.2 NVMe slots are for SSD cache, not extra SATA data drives. Drives and cache SSDs are separate purchases.
- For 10G links, use a compatible 10G SFP+ module with fibre or a DAC and suitable network equipment; the SFP+ ports do not fall back to lower link rates. The RJ45 port supports 1G, 100M or 10M.
- The included rails support four-post 19-inch racks with 9.5 × 9.5 mm square holes and 600–1066 mm post depth. Check the rack dimensions and clearance with connectors and cables; the rack is not included.
- The separate USP-RPS input supports an external UniFi Power Backup/redundant power system and cable. It is not a built-in battery or UPS; the NAS also includes an internal AC/DC supply.
What Will Not Work
- Storage drives and M.2 cache SSDs are not included; no installed storage capacity is specified.
