The Ubiquiti UACC-Cable-Patch-EL-C6A-3M-W (EAN 0810084697290) is a 3 m 3 mm braided ultra-thin patch cable with translucent booted RJ45 connectors, built to showcase Etherlighting: on Etherlighting-enabled UniFi switches such as the USW-Pro-Max series, the illuminated port glows through the translucent boot so you can identify and colour-code connections at a glance. Despite the ultra-thin profile it is rated by Ubiquiti for 10 GbE and PoE+++ power delivery, with a braided jacket and shielded RJ45 connectors for extra durability and interference resistance. Compatibility note: Standard RJ45 — works with any Ethernet device. The Etherlighting glow effect, however, appears only when connected to an Etherlighting-enabled UniFi switch (e.g. USW-Pro-Max); on other equipment it behaves as a normal high-quality patch cable. Indoor use only.

Do I need a special switch for the UACC-Cable-Patch-EL-C6A-3M-W?
No — it works as a normal patch cable with any RJ45 equipment. The Etherlighting glow effect only appears with Etherlighting-enabled UniFi switches such as the USW-Pro-Max series.
Is it really 10 Gbps capable? The listing elsewhere says 2.5G.
