WEDO Conference Folder A4 583001 — Carry Handle, Removable 4-Ring Mechanism, Zip-Around
DIN A4Carry handle4-ring Ø 35 mm, removable25 mm filling capacity
The WEDO Conference Folder A4, article 583001, is a black organiser folder in grained leather-look material that adds the one thing most conference folders lack: a proper carrying handle on the top edge, so it can be taken to a meeting on its own rather than living inside a bag. Inside there is a removable four-ring mechanism with 35 mm rings and 25 mm of filling capacity, a slot for an A4 pad or clipboard, a zipped document pocket, four business card pockets and two pen loops, all closed by a zip that runs the whole way round. It measures 355 x 65 x 325 mm. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The ring mechanism takes standard punched A4 sheets, with 35 mm rings and 25 mm of filling capacity — that is a working file, not an archive. Note that this model does not include a calculator; the visually similar WEDO conference folder 581101 is the one with a built-in solar calculator, and the two are easy to confuse in a listing. WEDO does not confirm whether a writing pad is supplied, so plan on buying an A4 pad separately; the slot also takes a clipboard. There is a carrying handle but no shoulder strap, and the folder is not padded for a laptop.
Best For
✓ Client meetings and site visits
✓ Carrying a working file to and from a desk
✓ Sales and account managers
✓ Anyone who wants a folder they can carry by hand
✓ Keeping cards, notes and documents in one item
✓ Training sessions and interviews
Key Features
Carry handle on a conference folder
A strong handle on the top edge means the folder can be carried on its own to a meeting instead of being slid into a bag, which is the practical difference between this and a plain zip folder. Combined with the all-round zip, that makes it a self-contained item you can pick up and go with.
Removable four-ring mechanism
The four-ring mechanism has 35 mm rings and 25 mm of filling capacity, and it detaches from the folder. The contents can therefore be moved into a standard binder for archiving, and the folder can be used as a plain document carrier when the rings would only get in the way.
Organised for a real meeting
Inside there is a slot that takes an A4 pad or a clipboard, a zipped document pocket, open document pockets, four business card pockets and two pen loops, plus a large folding compartment. Outside there is a large compartment and two pockets closing with hook-and-loop, for the papers you need before you sit down.

Singular Expert Insight
Most conference folders are designed on the assumption that something else carries them. This one is not: the handle and the full zip mean it works as a standalone item for a meeting across town, which is exactly what a sales visit or a site inspection needs. The 35 mm rings are also generously sized for this class of folder, so a real project file fits rather than just a few sheets. Just check the article number if you specifically want the calculator version — that is 581101, not this one. Browse our Stationery range for A4 pads, punched paper and pens to go inside.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want an A4 conference folder you can carry by hand to a meeting, with a removable four-ring mechanism for a real project file, business card pockets and a zip that keeps everything in.
Skip it if
You want a built-in calculator — that is WEDO 581101. Also skip it if you need to carry a laptop, since there is no padded device compartment, or if you prefer the smaller A5 format.
Also consider
The WEDO Elegance A4 conference folder (585001) for a more formal leather-look organiser with a supplied writing pad, or the Elegance A5 folder (585101) if A4 is more than you need.
