Carry it by the padded handles or on the removable, adjustable shoulder strap.
Compatibility — check before buying:
An important note before you order: WEDO does not publish a laptop compartment for this briefcase. The official description lists two main compartments, several small compartments and pockets, and a zipped pocket - there is no padded notebook sleeve and no stated device size. Some resellers advertise it with a "Laptopfach"; that appears to be confusion with WEDO article 58 5301, a different Elegance briefcase that does include a removable notebook bag. If a padded laptop compartment is what you need, choose a bag whose maker states one.
