The 9650 is a nine-driver Kraftform Plus assortment supplied on the 9611 magnetic rail, so the set sticks to a steel surface or bolts to a wall and stays in order. The mix is deliberately broad: two 932 A Chiseldrivers with pound-thru blades and an impact cap for the jobs where a screwdriver has to take a hammer, a PH 2, two Pozidriv, two TORX, a 335 with a slim electrician’s blade for recessed screws, and one 160 iS VDE-insulated blade. Every handle is multi-component Kraftform Plus with hard zones for speed, soft zones for torque and a hexagonal anti-roll feature. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is not a VDE set. Only one of the nine — the 160 iS, slotted 0.6 x 3.5 — is insulated and rated for 1,000 V; the other eight are uninsulated and must never touch a live part. Wera’s own bullet says “VDE-insulated screwdrivers” in the plural, which is misleading. Only the two 932 A Chiseldrivers may be struck with a hammer — never the 350, 355, 367, 335 or the 160 iS. The rail holds up to nine drivers and the set fills it, so there is no room to expand. No torque function, no bits, no bit holder.

Nine Drivers on a Magnetic Rail
The 9611 rail is 30 x 400 mm with a magnetic back, so it sticks to a machine, a cabinet or a van panel and can also be bolted to a wall. Clips hold each driver, and the rail arrives unequipped so the set fills it exactly.
Two 932 A Chiseldrivers
A hexagonal blade of bit material runs right through the handle to an integrated impact cap, so these two can be struck. An integrated hex bolster takes a spanner when a screw needs more than hand torque.
Broad Profile Mix
Slotted 1 x 5.5 and 1.2 x 7 on the Chiseldrivers, PH 2, PZ 1 and PZ 2, TX 20 and TX 25, plus the 335 with a slim round electrician’s blade for screws set deep in a recess.
One VDE Blade Included
The 160 iS is individually tested at 10,000 V to IEC 60900 and approved for 1,000 V working voltage, with a reduced blade diameter for sunken screws and spring terminals. Treat it as a supplement, not as a VDE set.
