The Wera 7515/7 Kraftform Safe-Torque Speed Bicycle 1 (part number 05075850001) is the bicycle version of Wera’s slip-over torque screwdriver. The 7515 tool is identical to the universal model: 2.0 to 6.0 Nm in five fixed steps, a mechanism that slips over rather than clicking through so the set value physically cannot be exceeded, and a Torque Lock position for unlimited tightening and loosening. What changes is the bits, six of them chosen for a bike: Hex-Plus 2.5, 3, 4 and 5 mm plus TORX TX 10 and TX 25. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Accuracy is plus or minus 10 percent and Wera cites no standard at all for it — not DIN EN ISO 6789 — so treat it as a controlled assembly tool and disregard listings that attach a standard. In the Torque Lock position all over-torque protection is switched off, which is the setting to avoid anywhere near carbon.
