Bit-Check 10 Zyklop Mini 1 pairs the 8001 A bit ratchet with nine tough 25 mm bits in a case small enough to keep in a bag: Phillips PH 1 and PH 2, Pozidriv PZ 1 and PZ 2, TORX TX 15, TX 20 and TX 25, and Hex-Plus 4 and 5 mm. The ratchet is drop-forged solid steel with a 60-tooth mechanism and a 6° return angle, so it turns fasteners in spaces where a screwdriver handle cannot swing, and it takes the bits directly in a 1/4 inch hex socket. Wera rates it for torques above 65 Nm, well beyond what its size suggests. The whole set is 164 g. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The ratchet has a 1/4 inch hex bit socket and no square drive, so sockets cannot be used without the separate Wera 870/1 adaptor, which is not included here — it ships only with the 2-piece 8001 A SB pack. Its only control is a simple reversing lever: there is no head lock, no pivoting head and no free-spinning sleeve, so do not expect the behaviour of the larger Zyklop 8000 ratchets. The bits are plain tough Z bits, not BiTorsion and not impact-rated. There are no slotted bits at all, no square, no TX 10, 30 or 40, no PH 3 or PZ 3, and no hex below 4 mm.
