The 2052/6 is a precision hexagon set for internal hex screws: four 2052 ball-end drivers in 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 mm, and two 2054 straight drivers in 0.9 and 1.3 mm with Wera’s Hex-Plus profile. The ball head on the four larger drivers lets the tool be swung off the screw axis, which is what makes an awkward grub screw reachable at all. Every blade sits in a three-zone Kraftform Micro handle with a free-turning cap so the driver can be spun with two fingers, and a non-roll feature keeps it on the bench. A rack is supplied. Compatibility — check before buying:
These are male hex (Allen) drivers that go into internal hexagon socket screws — they are not nut drivers. Wera’s English table renders them “hexagon socket screwdriver”, which reads backwards; the genuine female nut drivers are the 2069 series (05118158001). Only the two 2054 drivers, 0.9 and 1.3 mm, carry Hex-Plus — the four ball-end 2052 drivers do not state it, so do not assume it across the set. The 0.9 and 1.3 mm have no ball end. Nothing is ESD-safe, insulated or VDE-approved, and there are no sizes above 3 mm.

Ball End on Four Drivers
The 2052 drivers in 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 mm have a ball head, so the tool can be angled away from the screw axis to reach a fastener a straight driver cannot approach at all.

Micro hex is where a set either fits or ruins the work: at 1.5 mm a socket has almost no metal in its corners, and a driver that is not exactly right rounds it on the first turn. The ball ends on the four larger drivers are what make this genuinely useful rather than merely complete — a grub screw inside a model or an instrument is usually approachable only at an angle.
