Xerox 108R01488 — original black drum cartridge for Xerox VersaLink C600 and C605
40,000 pagesBlackOriginal XeroxGenuine Xerox
The Xerox 108R01488 is an original black drum cartridge for the Xerox VersaLink C600 and C605, rated for about 40,000 pages Xerox's rated drum life. It is the manufacturer's own supply for offices and home users who want predictable output and no compatibility surprises.
It is the black imaging drum, not toner: the toner cartridges are bought separately and are replaced several times during the life of this drum.
Before you order: This is the black drum cartridge only — it contains no toner. Order it when the printer reports that the black drum is at end of life.
What's in the Box
- 1 × Xerox 108R01488 black drum cartridge (108R01488)
What It Means in Practice
- The 40,000-page rating is Xerox's rated drum life; heavier pages and very short jobs shorten it.
- Compatible printers: VersaLink C600 Colour Printer, VersaLink C605 Colour Multifunction Printer.
- Keep the cartridge sealed in its bag until you install it, and store it flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What Will Not Work
- It does not contain toner — VersaLink C600/C605 toner cartridges are separate.
- It does not replace the cyan, magenta or yellow drums, which are separate parts.
- VersaLink C500/C505 and other VersaLink models.
- Printers outside the list above, even from the same brand — cartridge shapes and chips differ between series.
