Xerox 115R00126 Transfer Roller — Second Belt Roller for VersaLink C7000, C7000 Series and C7100 Series
Genuine Xerox part200,000 pagesC7000 / C7020-C7030 / C7100 SeriesCustomer-replaceable unit
The Xerox 115R00126 is a genuine transfer roller rated for 200,000 pages, and it fits the whole VersaLink C7000 family: the A4 VersaLink C7000, the A3 C7000 Series multifunction devices (C7020, C7025 and C7030) and the C7100 Series (C7120, C7125 and C7130). It is the roller that presses the paper against the transfer belt and carries the charge that moves toner onto the sheet, so a worn one shows up as weak, patchy or smeared solids rather than as an error message. Xerox calls it a “transfer roller” in the EU and a “second belt roller” in the US. Order it by part number 115R00126. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Unlike the waste cartridges for this platform, this one part number covers all three C7000-family generations — A4 C7000, A3 C7020/C7025/C7030 and C7100 Series (C7120/C7125/C7130). Be careful with the neighbouring numbers, because they are not interchangeable: 115R00127 is the belt transfer unit (also 200,000 pages), and the waste cartridge splits by model — 115R00129 for the A4 C7000 and 115R00128 for the A3 C7020–C7030 and C7100 Series. This is a maintenance part, not a toner: it restores print quality but adds no printing capacity.
Best For
✓ VersaLink C7000, C7020, C7025 or C7030 owners fixing weak or patchy solids
✓ C7100 Series sites doing planned high-volume maintenance
✓ In-house IT teams that replace Xerox CRUs without a service call
✓ Fleets running several C7000-family devices on one spares list
Key Features
Rated for 200,000 pages
A long-life maintenance part rather than a regular consumable. On most departmental C7000-family machines it is a once-in-several-years item, planned rather than reactive.
Covers the whole C7000 family
One part number for the A4 C7000, the A3 C7020 to C7030 multifunction devices and the C7100 Series — useful when a mixed fleet shares a spares cupboard.
Restores toner transfer quality
Weak solids, patchy fills and smearing on this engine are classic worn-transfer-roller symptoms. Replacing the roller addresses the cause, where new toner only masks it briefly.
Genuine Xerox charge characteristics
Transfer performance depends on the roller resistance and nip pressure being exactly right. A genuine unit keeps colour density consistent across the full sheet width.

Singular Expert Insight
The C7000 platform is one where Xerox reuses the “C7000 Series” name across two quite different machines, so it is genuinely useful that this transfer roller covers all of them — it means one line on the spares list regardless of whether you run the A4 C7000 or the A3 C7020 to C7030. Where people come unstuck is assuming the same is true for the waste cartridge, which splits into 115R00129 and 115R00128. At 200,000 pages this roller usually falls due around the same time as the belt transfer unit 115R00127, so it is worth checking both counters together and ordering once. Browse our Printer Accessories range for the rest of the C7000 maintenance parts, or our Multifunction Laser Printers category if you are specifying the next A3 colour device.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You run any VersaLink C7000, C7020, C7025, C7030 or C7100 Series machine that is near 200,000 pages or is producing weak, patchy or smeared solids.
Skip it if
You actually need the belt transfer unit 115R00127, a waste cartridge (115R00128 or 115R00129), the drum 113R00780 or toner — this roller adds no printing capacity.
