The Xerox 106R04646 is the genuine white toner cartridge for the Xerox VersaLink C8000W, rated by Xerox at approximately 5,000 pages to ISO/IEC 19798. White toner is what makes the C8000W distinctive — it lets the machine print onto dark, coloured and transparent media where a conventional four-colour printer has nothing to work with. This cartridge fits the VersaLink C8000W only — Xerox’s own listing says so explicitly. It does not fit the standard VersaLink C8000, which has no white station, nor the C9000. Unlike most cartridges in this range it is a single worldwide SKU: the Dutch and Belgian Xerox titles carry the “WW” marker, so there is no separate EU and US part number to reconcile. Note the capacity difference: at around 5,000 pages, white is rated far lower than the 16,500-page CMY cartridges on the same machine, and Xerox offers no high-capacity white — that is worth planning around if white features heavily in your work.
