Yealink BH76 Plus Teams — Over-Ear Bluetooth Headset with Three-Level ANC
Three levels of hybrid ANCUp to 35 h talk timeFive microphones with Acoustic ShieldBT51C dongle and USB-C/A adapter included
The Yealink BH76 Plus Teams, order code 1208707, is an over-ear Bluetooth headset aimed at people who want a business headset that behaves like a good consumer one. Hybrid active noise cancellation runs at three levels with about 35 dB of average reduction, the battery does 35 hours of talk and 40 hours of music, and five microphones with Acoustic Shield handle the outgoing call. A BT51C dongle is in the box together with a USB-C/A adapter, so it plugs into either port type without choosing at order time, and a second set of on-ear cushions is supplied so you can change how it sits on your head.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This order code does not include the BHC76 wireless charging stand. That matters because the specification sheet lists a three-hour wireless charging figure alongside this product — it only applies once you add the stand, which is a separate purchase. Out of the box the headset charges from the supplied 1.2 m USB cable in under two hours. If you want the cradle, the stand versions are 1208699 for Teams and 1208700 for UC. Also worth knowing: the Plus is the headset revision itself, not a bundle with the stand, and the older BH76 Plus codes (1208658 and 1208660) shipped a single fixed-connector dongle with no adapter — this newer code ships the BT51C with the USB-C/A adapter, which is the more flexible arrangement.
Best For
✓ Hybrid staff who want one headset for work calls and music
✓ Open-plan desks where ANC is the actual requirement
✓ People who dislike on-ear pressure and prefer over-ear
✓ Travelling staff who want a long battery and a soft bag
✓ Microsoft Teams estates that need a certified device
✓ Machines with either USB-C or USB-A ports
Key Features
Hybrid ANC with three levels
Active noise cancellation at three adjustable levels, with an average reduction of around 35 dB. Three levels rather than on and off matters in practice: full strength for a noisy floor, lower for a quiet room where full ANC feels odd, off to save battery on a long day.
Five microphones on the outgoing call
One directional analogue ECM capsule and four analogue MEMS, with Yealink Acoustic Shield. Microphone response runs 100 Hz to 8,000 Hz, and the speak mode on the 35 mm drivers is matched to it, with music mode opening to the full 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz.
A battery measured in days
Up to 35 hours of talk time, 40 hours of music and 360 hours of standby from a 500 mAh cell, charging in under two hours from the supplied cable. For most people that is a charge every week or two rather than every night.
Two sets of cushions in the box
Over-ear by default, with on-ear cushions supplied so the fit can be changed. Very few business headsets give you both, and the difference between over-ear and on-ear comfort is personal enough that it is worth having the choice.

Singular Expert Insight
The BH76 Plus is the model to choose when the person wearing it also wants to enjoy it — over-ear comfort, three-level ANC and a battery measured in days put it closer to a premium consumer headset than most business models get. Two ordering points. The charging stand is a separate code, 1208699 for Teams and 1208700 for UC, so if a desk cradle is expected, order those instead of adding it later. And the dongle situation changed: the newer code you are looking at here ships a BT51C with a USB-C/A adapter, while older BH76 Plus codes shipped one fixed-connector dongle. For loud rooms a boom microphone still beats an earcup array, so a WH64 or an Evolve2 may serve a contact centre better; for hybrid staff and meeting-heavy roles this is the nicer headset to live with. The range is in office and VoIP headsets, with listening-first models in headphones. Tell us the platform and whether a stand is wanted and we will confirm the code.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want over-ear comfort, real three-level ANC and a battery that lasts a working week, on Microsoft Teams, with a dongle that fits either USB port type.
Skip it if
You expected a wireless charging stand in the box, or you need a boom microphone for a noisy contact centre floor. The first is a different order code, the second a different model.
Also consider
The 1208699 if you want the BHC76 charging stand included, the UC 1208708 for non-Teams platforms, or the Yealink WH64 when a desk phone and a boom microphone are part of the requirement.
