Yealink BH76 Plus — UC Bluetooth Headset with Three-Level ANC
Up to 35 h talk timeAbout 35 dB noise reductionFive-microphone arrayWear it over-ear or on-ear
The Yealink BH76 Plus is the premium Bluetooth headset in the BH7 range and the Plus is not a marketing suffix: it ships with two sets of ear cushions so the same headset can be worn over-ear or on-ear, and the firmware adjusts to whichever it detects. This article, 1208708, is the UC edition in black. Yealink publishes a 35 mm driver, five microphones, three levels of active noise cancellation reaching about 35 dB on average, a retractable boom arm that hides into the headband and a busylight on both sides.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Read this first if your office runs Microsoft Teams: this is the UC edition, and Yealink states plainly in its own quick start guide that only the Teams edition can connect to Teams. The Teams edition is a different part number with the dedicated Teams button and the Teams certification, so if Teams is your platform, order that one instead and let us confirm the code. On the port side, Yealink describes this configuration as a BT51 dongle with a USB-C/A adapter, which is what the USB-C/A in the name refers to — one dongle, not two, so on a laptop where the port type is tight, check it with us before ordering. The BHC76 wireless charging stand and its power adapter are optional accessories and are not in this box: here you charge over the supplied 1.2 m cable in about two hours. The box carries a drawstring bag rather than a hard case, and one extra set of on-ear cushions rather than a full spare set for both wearing styles. There is no 3.5 mm jack, so a desk phone without Bluetooth cannot use this headset.
Best For
✓ Noisy open-plan offices where 35 dB of ANC changes the working day
✓ People who cannot decide between over-ear and on-ear comfort
✓ All-day calls plus music: 35 hours of talk, 40 hours of playback
✓ Mixed softphone estates on Zoom, Google Meet, Webex or Cisco
✓ Hot-desking and travel, with up to 45 m of Bluetooth range
✓ Desks that need a busylight readable from both sides
Key Features
Three levels of ANC, about 35 dB
Yealink publishes three ANC settings — medium, high and Ambient Sound — with average noise reduction reaching about 35 dB. Ambient Sound lets the room back in when a colleague needs you, without lifting the headset off.
Five microphones and a hidden boom
One directional electret microphone plus four analog MEMS microphones, with Yealink Acoustic Shield and beamforming. The boom arm retracts into the headband, so the headset looks like a pair of headphones when the call ends.
Over-ear or on-ear, your choice
Two detachable cushion sets are what the Plus adds over the plain BH76. The over-ear cushions with acoustic memory foam give deeper passive isolation; the on-ear set is lighter on long days. The headset detects which is fitted.
35 hours of talk, 360 hours of standby
Yealink publishes up to 35 hours of talk time, 40 hours of music and 360 hours of standby from the 500 mAh battery, with a full charge in under two hours by cable or under three hours on a Qi pad.

Singular Expert Insight
The BH76 Plus is the article to pick when noise is the actual problem and you want one headset to do both wearing styles. Three things decide whether it is the right code for you. First, the edition: this is UC, and Yealink is explicit that only the Teams edition connects to Teams — that is the single most common mis-order in this range. Second, the stand: the BHC76 is an accessory here, not a box item, so if you wanted a dock, say so and we will quote the right bundle. Third, the tier: if you do not need ANC, the BH72 does the same 35 hours of talk for a lot less weight, and if you do need ANC, nothing else in the series will substitute. Our Office & VoIP Headsets category carries the Teams editions and the wired and DECT alternatives, and Headphones covers the analogue boom-mic models. Tell us your softphone and whether you want the charging stand, and we will confirm the article before you order.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
Your office is loud, you want three levels of ANC with an Ambient Sound mode, and you want to choose between over-ear and on-ear comfort without buying twice. Your platform is Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, Cisco or a generic softphone rather than Microsoft Teams.
Skip it if
Your organisation runs Microsoft Teams — Yealink says only the Teams edition connects to it, so buy that part number instead. Skip it too if you wanted the wireless charging stand in the box, if 285 g is more than you want on your head, or if the headset has to reach a desk phone without Bluetooth.
Also consider
Yealink BH76 Plus Teams edition if Teams is your platform, Yealink BH72 if you do not need ANC and want a 189 g headset instead, or a Jabra Evolve2 55 if you want ANC with a boom arm that stays visible.
