The Yealink CP965 is a flagship SIP conference phone for medium meeting rooms. A 12-microphone array plus a noise-cancellation microphone picks up voices at up to 4 m in high quality and up to 6 m at maximum, and a 56 mm 5 W speaker fills the room. It runs Android 9 on a 5-inch 720 x 1280 touchscreen and adds Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 for mobile pairing, USB-A and USB-C ports and 10-way local conferencing. Range can be extended with the optional CPW65 DECT wireless microphones.

Compatibility — check before buying:
The CP965 is powered by PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at, Class 4) — an 802.3af-only switch is not enough, and the Yealink YLPOE30 injector is optional, not in the box. Its Ethernet port is 10/100. This is the SIP edition; Yealink sells separate Microsoft Teams and Zoom editions of the CP965. Expansion microphones are the CPW65 DECT mics — the CPE90/CPW90 belong to the older CP960. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.

Does my PoE switch need to be PoE+?
Yes — the CP965 needs IEEE 802.3at Class 4. Otherwise add the Yealink YLPOE30 injector, sold separately.
Can I add extra microphones?
Yes, the optional CPW65 DECT wireless microphones. The CPE90/CPW90 mics are for the CP960, not the CP965.
Is this the Teams version?
No, this is the SIP edition. Yealink sells separate Teams and Zoom editions.
How large a room does it cover?
Yealink quotes 4 m high-quality pickup and 6 m maximum; wireless mics extend that.
