Yealink WH64 Hybrid Mono Teams — DECT and Bluetooth in One Headset
DECT and Bluetooth at the same timeUp to 150 m DECT rangeThree MEMS microphonesDual busylight
The Yealink WH64 Hybrid is a single-ear wireless headset that runs two radios at once: a DECT link to your computer through the supplied WDD60 dongle, and Bluetooth to your phone. That means a call can land on either device without you swapping headsets, and the DECT side reaches up to 150 metres, far past the room. Part number 1208687 is the Mono Teams build, with the Microsoft Teams button and a busylight on each side of the headset.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Read this before you order: the WDD60 dongle supplied with the Hybrid is USB-A, so a laptop with only USB-C ports needs an adapter that is not in the box. This model ships with the dongle and no base station — the WHB640 base belongs to the standard WH64, not to the Hybrid, so there is no desk-phone connection here and no wall-powered cradle. Yealink publishes three-microphone noise cancellation on the transmit side but no active noise cancellation for what you hear. Tell us whether you need a desk phone connected and we will point you at the right WH64 variant.
Best For
✓ Staff who move around a floor during calls
✓ Microsoft Teams deployments that want a hardware Teams key
✓ Anyone who takes calls on both a PC and a mobile
✓ Open-plan desks where a busylight stops interruptions
✓ Long shifts — up to 26 hours of Bluetooth talk time
✓ Users who need one ear free for the room
Key Features
Two radios, both live
DECT handles the computer and Bluetooth 5.2 handles your mobile, and Yealink publishes both connections as simultaneous. A mobile call does not drop the PC link.
DECT range that leaves the room
Yealink publishes up to 150 metres on the dongle-based DECT link — enough to take a call to the kitchen or the other end of the floor without it breaking up.
Three microphones with Acoustic Shield
A three-MEMS array with Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology 2.0 keeps the far end on your voice. The speaker is a 30 mm driver covering 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
Busylight on both sides
Dual busylights show colleagues you are on a call from either approach, and the whole headset weighs 92 grams with a 1.5-hour charge time.

Singular Expert Insight
The word to watch in this part number is Hybrid. A standard WH64 is a DECT headset with a base station on the desk, which is what you want if a desk phone has to be part of the picture. The Hybrid drops the base, ships a USB dongle instead, and adds Bluetooth so your mobile is on the same headset — a better fit for someone whose phone number lives in Teams rather than on a handset. Mono is the right choice when you still need to hear the room; the Dual version covers both ears. See the alternatives in Office & VoIP Headsets, or the wired options in Headphones if range is not the point.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You move around the floor during calls and 150 m of DECT matters. You want your mobile and your PC on one headset at the same time. Your organisation runs Microsoft Teams and you want the hardware Teams key.
Skip it if
You need a desk phone connected — that is the base-station WH64, not this one. Your laptop has only USB-C ports and you do not want another adapter. You need the office quietened for you rather than for your caller.
Also consider
Yealink WH64 with the WHB640 base if a desk phone must be on the same headset. The WH64 Hybrid Dual if you want both ears covered. Yealink BH74 if hybrid ANC matters more than DECT range.
