The Yealink WH64 Mono is a single-ear wireless office headset that comes with the WHB640 base station, and part number 1208671 is the Teams variant. The base is the part that matters: it carries the DECT radio, charges the headset and connects to a computer and an IP phone at the same time, so one headset covers both without swapping cables. DECT reaches up to 185 m, which is a floor and a corridor rather than a desk, and Bluetooth 5.2 is there as a second link for a phone. Three MEMS microphones with Yealink Acoustic Shield technology handle the noise behind you.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The deskphone side is not plug and play out of the box. Electronic hook switch control needs the EHS62 adapter and the telephone cable is a separate accessory — neither ships with the headset, and that is the most common surprise on delivery. The external BLT60 busylight is also optional; the headset has its own dual-sided busylight built in. Note too that Yealink publishes no active noise cancellation claim for the WH64: the three-microphone system cleans up what the far end hears, not what you hear. The WHB640 carries the DECT radio, charges the headset and has micro-USB, USB-C, mini-USB and DC ports. Yealink states it connects to a computer and an IP phone simultaneously, so the one headset answers both without you touching a cable.
185 m of DECT range, not Bluetooth range
DECT on the 1880 to 1900 MHz European band reaches up to 185 m with Step C security, DSAA2 authentication and DSC2 128-bit encryption. That is a different class of freedom from a Bluetooth headset, and it is why DECT still sells into call centres.
Three microphones with Acoustic Shield
Three built-in MEMS microphones work with Yealink Acoustic Shield technology to suppress the voices around you. Talk mode is wideband, 100 Hz to 8 kHz at a 16 kHz sample rate, so speech stays natural rather than telephone-thin.
A full shift, then a fast charge
Up to 14 hours of DECT talk time or 26 hours over Bluetooth on the mono model, and a charge of about an hour and a half on the base at 5 V and 1.2 A. Drop it on the base between calls and it never runs flat.

Singular Expert Insight
The WH64 name covers two quite different products, and getting them mixed up is the expensive mistake here. The plain WH64 — this one — ships with the WHB640 base station, reaches 185 m on DECT and can hold a computer and an IP phone at once. The WH64 Hybrid has no base at all: DECT and Bluetooth live in the headset, it reaches 150 m, and it uses a WDD60 dongle with the charging stand as a separate option. If you are replacing base-station headsets on a floor with desk phones, the Hybrid is not a like-for-like swap, because the deskphone path disappears. One more honest note: Yealink’s own datasheet says Acoustic Shield 2.0 while its specification page says 3.0, and it publishes no warranty term anywhere, so we quote our own. Compare the alternatives in office and VoIP headsets, or look at speakerphones if a small room shares one device.

Buy it if
You need real range rather than desk-bound wireless, a base that serves a computer and an IP phone together, and a charging cradle instead of a cable. 185 m on DECT, 14 hours of talk, 92 g on the head and a busylight on both sides.
Skip it if
You expected the desk phone to work out of the box — that needs the EHS62 and a phone cable, sold separately. Skip it too if you want active noise cancellation, which Yealink does not publish for the WH64, or if a simple USB headset would do the job.
