Yealink WH67 Teams DECT Wireless Convertible Headset with 4-Inch Touchscreen Workstation Base
Four wearing styles included4.0 inch touch screen baseUp to 120 m DECT rangeBuilt-in speakerphone and USB hub
The Yealink WH67 is a DECT headset whose base is a small desk workstation rather than a charging cradle: a 4.0-inch 480 by 800 capacitive touch screen, a built-in speakerphone and a two-port USB hub. Product 1308040 is the Teams version. The headset itself weighs 19 g and comes with four wearing styles in the box — headband, neckband, earhook with eartip, and earhook and eartip together — so one article covers very different preferences across a team. Yealink publishes up to 120 m of DECT range and up to 7 hours of talk time.
Compatibility — check before buying:
There is no RJ9 deskphone port on the WH67 base. Deskphone use is over USB into a compatible Yealink IP phone only, so an Avaya, Cisco or Mitel phone with a headset jack will not work and no EHS cable changes that. The base ports are USB Type-A, not USB-C. This model also has no active noise cancellation: Yealink Acoustic Shield works on the microphone side, which helps the person you are calling, not what you hear. The busylight BLT60, the WHC60 wireless charger and the BT50 Bluetooth dongle are optional accessories and are not in the box.
Best For
✓ Hot desks that need a headset plus a speakerphone in one unit
✓ Teams where people disagree about wearing style
✓ Desks with a Yealink IP phone or a softphone on the PC
✓ Users who want call control on a touch screen instead of a keyboard
✓ Offices dense enough to need up to 200 users on DECT
✓ Desks short on USB ports, thanks to the built-in hub
Key Features
Four wearing styles in one box
Headband, neckband, earhook with eartip, and earhook and eartip together all ship with the WH67, so the same purchase order suits a whole floor.
Touchscreen workstation base
A 4.0-inch 480 by 800 capacitive touch screen handles the call controls, with a built-in speakerphone using a 40 by 20.8 mm driver covering 160 Hz to 20,000 Hz.
Up to 120 m of DECT range
DECT with Step C security — DSAA2 authentication and DSC2 128-bit encryption — and density for up to 200 users in one open office in Europe.
Built-in USB hub and Bluetooth
One USB 3.0 Type-A port plus a two-port USB 3.0 hub, and built-in Bluetooth 4.2 for a mobile, all from the same base unit.

Singular Expert Insight
Across the three Yealink DECT workstations the choice is simple. The WH66 pairs the touchscreen base with a fixed headband headset. The WH67 keeps the same base and swaps in a 19 g convertible headset with four wearing styles, but has no ANC. The WH68 drops the touchscreen for a plain charging base and is the only one with real hybrid ANC, Bluetooth 5.3 and 185 m of range. So: touchscreen and flexibility, or noise cancellation and range. Everything sits in Office and VoIP Headsets, and desk speakerphones are in Speakers. Tell us which IP phone or softphone you run and we will confirm the connection before you order.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want one desk unit that is a headset, a speakerphone and a USB hub, with four wearing styles in the box and call control on a touch screen.
Skip it if
You need noise cancellation for the wearer, or you need to plug into a non-Yealink desk phone through an RJ9 jack. Neither is possible here.
Also consider
The Yealink WH68 UC Dual for hybrid ANC, Bluetooth 5.3 and 185 m of range, or the WH66 if you prefer a fixed headband headset on the same touchscreen base.
