The ZE52163-R0E0000Z is a right-hand 6-inch print engine for integration into industrial print-and-apply equipment. Its 300 dpi head prints labels up to 168 mm wide at speeds up to 305 mm/s. It supplies the printing stage of an automated labelling system; the external applicator, label supply/rewind arrangement and control integration must be provided by the system builder. This configuration includes wired Ethernet, USB, Serial, Bluetooth 4.1 and dual USB Host, with a colour touch screen for local operation.

Before you order:
Confirm right-hand orientation, mechanical mounting, applicator signals and media path with your integrator. This is not a complete desktop label printer or an included label applicator. Wi-Fi, Parallel and RFID encoding are optional upgrades and are not supplied in this SKU.

  • In a packing line, the host sends the label format and variable data; the engine prints and presents the label while the integrated external applicator handles its placement on the item.
  • Use thermal transfer media with a matching ribbon for ribbon-based printing, or suitable heat-sensitive stock for direct thermal printing. Qualify the actual supplies and settings on the line.
  • The 168 mm print width suits wide labels. Check liner width separately: the supported media width is 76–180 mm.

What Will Not Work

  • It does not provide automatic application to a product without external applicator equipment and integration.
  • The right-hand configuration cannot be substituted for a left-hand engine without checking the installation.
  • This SKU does not include RFID encoding or a Wi-Fi connection.
